Dance artists Sita Frederick, Ana "Rokafella" Garcia, and Marion Ramirez collaborate to create a performance work that explores Caribbean and Latina-American experiences through dance. With artists residencies at Temple University (2005) and Cornell University (2006, 2008), Julia de Burgos Cultural Arts Center and at the Bronx Museum of the Arts 2005-2006, with full evening performances at Pregones Theater, 2006 &2009, this project evolved with the development of the artist’s creative process and life changes throughout the 4 years of partnership.

The project was produced and curated by Jane Gabriels/ PEPATIÁN, a South Bronx-based organization dedicated to creating, producing and supporting contemporary multi-disciplinary art by Latino and Bronx-based artists. Also this project was supported with public funds from the Bronx Council on the Arts through the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs Greater New York Arts Development Fund Regrants Program, Bronx Borough President Aldolfo Carrion and the Bronx Delegation of the City Council.
